A 50% deposit payment will be required after your confirmation.

1.2. Full Payment:

Full payment must be received no later than 7 days before the departure date or immediately after booking within 7 days of departure.

1.3. Confirmation:

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide within 24 hours after successful payment. Room reservation will be completed upon receiving the confirmation email. 2.1. Contact Information:

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to providing an incorrect email address or failure to notify us via email of not receiving confirmation.

2.2. Unused Service Refund:

No refund or exchange for services included in the price but not utilized by the customer. For absentee cases, the entire amount will be charged.

2.3. Right to Refuse Reservation:

We reserve the right to refuse reservations if safety regulations are violated.

2.4. Itinerary Changes:

We have the right to adjust the itinerary or substitute hotels without prior notice, and we are not responsible for losses due to force majeure, weather conditions, government actions, or other specified conditions.

3.1. Standard Cancellation:

All cancellations must be notified in writing via email or phone.

Cancellation 15 - 30 days prior: 80% of the total value will be refunded.

Cancellation within one week: Only changes to the booking date are allowed, and no refund for unused or missed tours, meals, or accommodations.

3.2. Flight/Visa Cancellation:

Flights follow the terms and conditions of the purchased airline ticket.

Cancellation fees may apply, and we are not responsible for your visa.

3.3. Insurance:

You are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect yourself from unforeseen risks.
